Relocation charges

Airtel charges a fixed amount for uninstallation and re-installation of the DTH connection. For uninstallation of a single dish and single connection, the user will be charged Rs.150. For re-installation of the old dish and single connection, a user will be charged Rs.250. For multi-connection re-installation, you will have to pay Rs.250 along with an extra Rs.75 per connection. The company also charges Rs.8 for a very extra meter of cable.

For the user who needs a new dish in the new location, the company will charge Rs.200 for re-installation and Rs.400 for the new dish. For multi-connection, the charges are Rs.300 for re-installation and Rs.400 for the dish.

A user can also put the Airtel DTH account in safe custody, where the balance of the account remains the same, and you won’t get any channels. A user can avail of this service for a maximum period of three months every six months.
